The Dallas area is a Ryan White Part A Eligible Metropolitan Area (EMA) administered by the Dallas County Ryan White Grants Division.
Functioning as an independent clinical safety net, our AHF Dallas Healthcare Center offers Medical Case Managment providing education, treatment adherence, medication management and resources. Non-Medical CaseManagement ensurses access to support services. Together with our fully integrated Core Medical Services, Outpatient Ambulatory care, clinical laboratory testing, and expert benefits counseling ensuring patients can seamlessly enroll in the Texas HIV Medication Program (THMP) for zero-cost drug fulfillment, the Dallas Healthcare Center truly is your Medical Home!
To maximize our community impact, AHF funds these primary care operations internally using flexible 340B program savings . This unique combination allows AHF to actively invest in facility infrastructure, expand local outreach, and connect clients directly to trusted regional partners for traditional Part A housing, food, and medical transportation needs

Needed for Ryan White Eligibility
Proof of HIV Status: Lab report showing a positive HIV viral load, Western Blot, or a signed medical diagnosis form from a licensed Physician
Proof of Residency: Utility bill, lease agreement, or official mail showing you live within the state or county service area (unhoused individuals can submit a letter from a shelter or caseworker
Proof of Income: Recent Pay stubs, W-2 forms, tax returns, or a notarized letter of support showing your household income falls below the local limit.
Income limits in California: Your income cannot exceed the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) Percentage of 500% $79,800.
